Thistle Systems Complete Viewing Area in Disabled Riding School

Thistle Systems has used its expertise in industrial fit outs to design, manufacture and deliver a heated viewing area for a specialist riding school for the disabled in Fife.

Working with the management team made up from a group of volunteers, Thistle Systems designed a specialist free standing office area within the riding school so that friends and family could watch the children and adults enjoy the special time they had with the horses.

The Thistle project team prebuilt the panels offsite to minimise disruption to the operations of the riders and then carried out the complete internal works including, heating, ceiling and floor finishings.

Thistle Systems Project Manager, Paul Hayes, explained “We were delighted to be able to be involved in this project for such a worthwhile charity and hopefully we have been able to add to the overall experience for friends and families.”

He continued, “With costs a key concern, we used a similar approach to the prefrabricated office areas we regularly install in to industrial units. These modular systems are quick and easy to install, however can be completely customised internally to deliver whatever the project demands.”
