Thistle Fit-Out Stunning Restaurant Facilities At SMG

Thistle Interiors Division has completed the fit-out of this stunning restaurant facility at Scottish Media Group’s headquarters for Avenance, one of the UK’s leading contract catering companies.

The restaurant at Scottish Media Group is the latest of a number of contracts that Thistle has completed for Avenance which saw a complete refit of the entire kitchen, serving and restaurant area.

Thistle’s Interior Division provided the complete solution from design and specification through to the installation and project management.

The project incorporates a number of superb design features including feature flooring, integrated chiller cabinets, dispensing machines and a sweeping serving unit that provides a more customer friendly feel to the restaurant area.
